1. Provider

The service at lumina-ai.club is operated by Oleksandr Dmytruk (sole proprietor, Ukraine). For any questions write to hello@lumina-ai.club.

2. What we offer

We build custom AI agents and consulting services. Specific scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables are agreed in a separate written agreement (offer / invoice / service contract) with each client. Pricing shown on the site is a starting point and may vary depending on the project.

3. Lead form / discovery call

Submitting a form on this site is a non-binding request for contact. No payment is due, no service is rendered until you and Lumina AI agree on terms in writing. You can stop the conversation at any time without obligation.

4. Refunds & guarantees

Project-specific guarantees and refund policies are defined in the individual service contract. We do not offer site-wide automatic refunds because every project is custom.

5. Content & IP

All content on lumina-ai.club (text, images, code samples, case study material) belongs to Lumina AI unless explicitly attributed otherwise. You may quote with attribution and a link back to the source. Reposting full articles requires written permission.

6. Your conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false personal data or impersonate someone else.
  • Flood our forms or chat with automated traffic.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the AI agent or website.

7. AI assistant disclaimer

The AI chat on our site provides general information about Lumina AI products and pricing. Answers are generated by an LLM and may contain errors. Final pricing, timelines, and contractual terms are confirmed only in a signed agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". Lumina AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid Lumina AI under any specific service contract.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first, then by Ukrainian courts at the location of the Provider.

10. Changes

If we update these terms, the "Last updated" date will change. We will keep the prior version available on request.
