How to request deletion of your personal data from Lumina AI

How to request deletion

To remove all your data from our systems, send a message containing your full name and the email/phone you used to either:

What we'll delete

  • Your record in our lead database (name, contact, comments, source).
  • Your chat conversation history with our AI assistant.
  • Any Advanced Matching hashes sent to Meta linked to your email/phone.

Timing

We confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days. After deletion we'll send written confirmation.

Exceptions

If we already issued an invoice or signed a service contract with you, we may retain tax/legal records as required by Ukrainian law (up to 7 years), but no further marketing communication will be sent.

Third-party services

For data held by Google Analytics, Meta, or other ad platforms, you can independently request deletion through those services. We'll also send a deletion signal where the platform supports it (e.g., Meta's user data deletion endpoint).
