Who we are

Lumina AI (operated by Oleksandr Dmytruk, sole proprietor, Ukraine) builds custom AI agents and runs the platform at lumina-ai.club. Contact: hello@lumina-ai.club, Telegram @feiraz_algard.

Data we collect

  • Form submissions: name, phone, email, business name, free-text comments. Stored in our PostgreSQL database for sales follow-up.
  • Chat conversations: messages you send to our AI assistant on the site. Stored to improve the agent and continue the conversation if you return.
  • Analytics (consent-based): page views, click events, UTM parameters via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel — only after you accept cookies in the consent banner.
  • Advanced Matching (consent-based): when you submit a form, we send hashed (SHA-256) email/phone to Meta to improve ad attribution. Hashes are one-way and cannot be reversed.

Why we collect it

  • To contact you back when you request a call or lead magnet.
  • To measure which ads bring leads (so we don't waste budget).
  • To improve our AI agent's answers based on real conversation data.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel cookies only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner (GDPR-compliant Consent Mode v2). You can change your choice any time by clearing browser cookies for this site or via the consent banner if it reappears.

Who we share with

  • Google (Analytics + Search Console) — anonymized event data.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — ad attribution events.
  • n8n.io, Telegram Bot API, PostgreSQL — internal processing only.
  • We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@lumina-ai.club or Telegram @feiraz_algard. We process such requests within 30 days. For details on how to request deletion, see the Data Deletion page.

Retention

Lead records are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact. Chat logs are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data follows Google/Meta retention defaults.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for 30 days.
